Cancellation policy for publicly offered training courses

Cancellations within one calendar month are subject to the following terms:

For cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice, but more than 48 hours, 20% of order price will be retained to cover administrative costs; no refunds will be offered for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via the link in the booking email.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you believe an exception should be made.

Cancellation policy for business bookings

Cancellations within one calendar month are subject to the following terms:

• Less than 30 days but more than 7 days, 20% of order price will be retained;

• Less than 7 days, 50% of order price will be retained;

• No refunds will be offered for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

For International onsite bookings, additional terms will apply. Please contact us to discuss.
